For the first time, very poor welcome to the reception.Japanese reception girl was not fairplay with me.Room was not ready on time as I had requested by Email day before my arrival.

Le Premier Othon Flat Hotel
Very dissapointing that no one at reception could speak english . I honestly think they need to be able to speak some english to help their customers . We battled to ask them to get a taxi for us to the airport
