The staff is very friendly. Restaurant kitchen was good although not surprising. But nice in a fastfood El Calafate.

Rooms are clean except a bit musty smelling...close to everything in El Calafate. Front desk staff was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was excellent for dinner!

The people at the reception desk, all three of them, where EXCELLENT in assisting us in all matters. Nice size of triple room given to us. Certainly I would recommend this hotel for the price paid.
