Airport Transfer El Calafate (FTE) / El Calafate Hotels or vv
Our guide was friendly, helpful, showed up when he said he would. It was great. However, they did not check with us on the time of our departure, which we discovered had changed. It was only through contacting them through our hotel that we rearranged the leaving time.
However, overall, I would highly rate this service.

I found them on-line. They had amazing rates for this hotel 50 USD cheaper per night than Expedia or Travelocity.

Transfer El Calafate / Torres del Paine (Chile) or vv
The only thing that was bad about this transfer was that we waited so much time at Cerro Castillo for another set of passengers. Then of course the transfers from one bus to another at the border crossing. Too much wasted time but at least we got back to EL calafate safe and sound.

Tour National Park Torres del Paine (Chile)
I had no expectations for this tour but
to my surprise, they delivered and made this "day tour" a pleasant and unforgettable one! Our tour guide Mattias, was great!Mattias is so knowledgeable and you can see that he really loves his job! we were so sad to leave the group at the end of the tour. Our driver was very good too, he drove us safely during this tour. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.
