How long does it take for confirmation of my reservation?
The time it takes for confirmation of your reservation depends on the type of Hotel or Service selected. The reservations in Hotels or Services with Immediate Confirmation
, are confirmed immediately. The confirmation of all other types of reservations can take up to 24 hours. Back
What does it mean when a Hotel or a Service has Immediate Confirmation? 
Hotels or Services with Immediate Confirmation (also called Online Confirmation) maintain their availability updated in InterHabit’s Reservation System, which provides the possibility of obtaining your Voucher at the time you make the reservation, without having to wait for the confirmation. Hotels and Services with Immediate Confirmation are identified with the icon:

What does it mean when a Hotel or a Service has Confirmation in 24 Hours? 
Confirmation in 24 hours means that once your reservation is made, your personal details entered and payment is made, InterHabit will confirm the availability of the Hotel or Service selected within the next 24 hours and later issue the corresponding voucher. Hotels and Services with Confirmation in 24 hours are identified with the icon:

What should I do if I don’t obtain confirmation within 24 hours?
In some exceptional cases such as public holidays or other non-working days, the reservation areas of some hotels don’t work and this can cause some delay. If you want information about the current state of your reservation, you can contact us. Back
How much time should I give before making my reservation?
You should make your reservation at least 72 hours before the desired date of the service. InterHabit’s system will not accept reservations that are made within this 72 hour period. Back
Why should I enter my payment details before having the confirmation of my reservation?
You should enter your payment details so that when InterHabit receives the confirmation from the Hotel or Service Provider, the payment will be debited and your Voucher issued at the same time. InterHabit uses state-of-the-art secure servers with SSL technology, which guarantees absolute confidentiality and security of information. Back
How can I verify with the Hotel or Service Operator that my reservation is actually confirmed?
On the Voucher that is issued you can find the contact information of the Hotel or Service Operator that has been reserved. You can communicate directly with them to verify that your reservation is actually confirmed. Back
Can I change the date, number of people or other information in my reservation?
Yes, you can change your reservation by getting in touch with us. The changes will be subject to availability of the contacted service. Total or partial cancellations are non refundable. Back
Can I cancel my reservation?
If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, you can do it by entering the “My Reservations” option of our website www.interhabit.com or sending an email to info@interhabit.com, indicating your Reservation Code. Back
Is there a cancellation charge if I cancel my reservation?
If you have chosen the cancellation insurance option at the time of making your reservation, you will not be charged for the cancellation. If you have not chosen the cancellation insurance option, the reservation amount is NON REFUNDABLE in case of partial or total cancellation and no-show. Back
What is InterHabit’s cancellation insurance?
Cancellation insurance is an optional benefit that InterHabit offers you at the time you make your reservation. It’s purpose is to cover the corresponding costs in case for some reason you must cancel your reservation or you can’t use the service on the stipulated date. More Information Back
How can I pay my reservations?
InterHabit allows you to pay your reservations through the following means: credit card, bank deposit (available in some countries), PayPal, Google Checkout, Moneybookers or money transfer.More info. Back
Can I pay my reservation without using a credit card?
Yes, you can pay your reservation by means of bank deposit (available in some countries) or money transfer.More info. Back
Do I have to pay the total amount when I make the reservation or can I pay my reservation on arrival at the hotel?
Some hotels provide the option to pay an initial deposit at the time the reservation is made and the balance on arrival at the hotel. Other hotels request payment in full at the time the reservation is made. When you make your reservation the system will show you which option the hotel you have selected uses. Back
In which currencies can I make my reservation?
You can make your reservations in US Dollars, Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Argentinian Pesos, Brazilian Reals, or Chilean Pesos (in the case of the last currency, the charge against your credit card will appear in US Dollars). Back

What is a Voucher?
A Voucher is a receipt indicating whether your reservation is confirmed, partially or completely paid for, and showing all the details of the reservation. Back
Where can I refer to details of my reservation?
You can check the details of your reservation through the “My Reservations” option on our website www.interhabit.com. To access this information, you must enter your Reservation Code and your email address. Back
What is a reservation code and what is it used for?
A Reservation Code is a unique number that InterHabit assigns to your reservation that can be used to monitor the reservation and make queries about your situation. Back
How can I get my reservation code?
Your reservation number will appear once you have entered your personal and payment details. Additionally, once your reservation has been made the System will issue you the reservation number by email. You can also request it by getting in contact with us, indicating the name on the reservation and the service that has been reserved. Back

The prices of the hotels are per room, except where the system indicates otherwise. Back

How do I find the Transfer Operator?
The Transfer Operator will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it in the pre-arranged meeting place. Back
How do I find a Tour Operator?
The Tour Operator will pick you up from the place where you are staying, unless you have agreed with InterHabit on another specific location. The agreed location will be indicated on your Voucher. Back
