InterHabit’s Cancellation Insurance is a benefit that InterHabit offers to clients who book tourist services. Its main objective is to cover all fees and expenses associated with the cancellation of your bookings, in the event that you are unable to travel. Groups are not eligible for Cancellation Insurance.Back

A Cancellation Code is issued by InterHabit´s system after your booking has been cancelled. It proves your booking has been efectively cancelled. You must obtain a Cancellation Code in order to be covered by your Cancellation Insurance. Back

How do I cancel my booking?
You may cancel your booking with any one of the following procedures:
- Call to our contact telephones and request the cancellation to one of our Agents.
You must cancel and get your cancellation code at least 3 working days before the checkin date, from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT-3) in order to be covered by InterHabit´s Cancellation Insurance. Back
