é um passeio interessante,para conhecer um lado diferente do Chile, porém é cansativo ,pois é um passeio longo. Mas foi bem legal, atravessamos o pacifico de ferrebolt, conhecemos um chile mais rural com sua economia local.

DESCRIPTION

The tour departs from Puerto Varas and follows route 5 up to the pier where the ferry is boarded. During the 35 minute navigation on the Chacao Channel – Pacific Ocean – passengers will be able to spot sea wolves, pelicans and other local marine fauna.

The ferry docks at the village of Chacao. Here there is spare time to walk around and watch the typical local wooded construction. The church is a National Monument.

The tour continues to Ancud and visits the local San Antonio fort, the museum, the Plaza de Armas and the local market.

At noon the tour continues to Castro, the capital of the Chiloe Island. Here visitors will be able to see palafitos, wooded houses built on top of stacks over the ocean. The visit includes the San Francisco church and the Gamboa viewpoint.

After lunch (not included in tour price) the tour will visit the local handcraft market and allow time for shopping.
